【摘要】：目的探討不同方法治療混合痔術(shù)后出血的效果。方法對(duì)本科收治的223例混合痔手術(shù)患者隨機(jī)分組,用不同方法對(duì)治療組和對(duì)照組的所有患者進(jìn)行止血處理,觀察術(shù)后止血效果和切口愈合時(shí)間。結(jié)果 54例治療組患者術(shù)后出血量均明顯少于各對(duì)照組,且無二次出血現(xiàn)象,對(duì)照組的各組患者均有不同程度的二次出血現(xiàn)象;治療組的54例患者切口愈合時(shí)間明顯短于各對(duì)照組。結(jié)論生物紙可有效減少混合痔術(shù)后切口滲出及出血量,有效減少混合痔術(shù)后大出血的發(fā)生率;同時(shí)可縮短切口愈合時(shí)間,加速切口愈合。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of different methods on postoperative hemorrhage of mixed hemorrhoids.Methods 223 cases of mixed hemorrhoids were randomly divided into two groups. All the patients in the treatment group and control group were treated with hemostasis, and the hemostatic effect and wound healing time were observed.Results the amount of postoperative bleeding in 54 patients in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and there was no secondary bleeding. The patients in the control group had different degrees of secondary bleeding.The wound healing time of 54 patients in the treatment group was significantly shorter than that in the control group.Conclusion Bio-paper can effectively reduce incision exudation and bleeding after mixed hemorrhoids, reduce the incidence of massive bleeding after mixed hemorrhoids, shorten wound healing time and accelerate wound healing.
