【摘要】：正麻醉是減少患者痛苦和保障手術(shù)成功的關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)。近年來,七氟烷、丙泊酚、瑞芬太尼等藥物在臨床麻醉中取得了較為滿意的效果~([1])。有報(bào)道七氟烷或丙泊酚聯(lián)合阿片類藥物用于胸腺切除術(shù)、乳腺癌根治術(shù)的全身麻醉可以獲得滿意的麻醉效果~([2-3])。本研究旨在比較吸入七氟烷聯(lián)合瑞芬太尼與靶控輸注丙泊酚聯(lián)合瑞芬太尼用于不同類
[Abstract]:In recent years, sevoflurane, propofol, propofol, sevoflurane, propofol, sevoflurane, propofol, Remifentanil and other drugs have achieved satisfactory results in clinical anaesthesia. It has been reported that sevoflurane or propofol combined with opiates is used in thymectomy. The general anesthesia of radical mastectomy can obtain satisfactory anaesthesia effect. The purpose of this study was to compare sevoflurane and remifentanil with target-controlled infusion of propofol and remifentanil in different groups.
