【摘要】：目的探討中藥聯(lián)合常規(guī)化療對(duì)乳腺癌術(shù)后患者遠(yuǎn)期轉(zhuǎn)移復(fù)發(fā)率及免疫功能的影響。方法將144例乳腺癌術(shù)后患者按治療方法不同分為觀察組(86例)和對(duì)照組(58例)。對(duì)照組給予常規(guī)化療方案治療,觀察組在此基礎(chǔ)上配合中藥治療,6個(gè)月為1個(gè)療程。比較兩組5年復(fù)發(fā)轉(zhuǎn)移率及治療前后生活質(zhì)量評(píng)分、中醫(yī)證候評(píng)分、T淋巴細(xì)胞亞群的變化。結(jié)果觀察組轉(zhuǎn)移復(fù)發(fā)率為11.63%,顯著低于對(duì)照組轉(zhuǎn)移復(fù)發(fā)率的25.86%(P0.05);治療后,兩組生活質(zhì)量評(píng)分較同組治療前均提高(P0.05),且觀察組改善程度顯著優(yōu)于對(duì)照組(P0.05);兩組中醫(yī)證候積分、CD4和CD4/CD8較同組治療前降低(P0.05),CD8較同組治療前升高(P0.05),且觀察組改善程度顯著優(yōu)于對(duì)照組(P0.05)。結(jié)論中藥聯(lián)合常規(guī)化療可顯著降低乳腺癌術(shù)后患者的遠(yuǎn)期轉(zhuǎn)移復(fù)發(fā)率,改善免疫功能,提高生存質(zhì)量,值得臨床推廣應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of traditional Chinese medicine combined with conventional chemotherapy on the long term metastatic recurrence rate and immune function in patients with breast cancer after operation. Methods 144 patients with breast cancer after operation were divided into two groups: observation group (n = 86) and control group (n = 58). The control group was treated with routine chemotherapy. On this basis, the observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine for 6 months as a course of treatment. The 5-year recurrence and metastasis rate and the quality of life score before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results the recurrence rate of T lymphocytes in the observation group was 11.63, which was significantly lower than that in the control group (25.86%, P 0.05). The scores of quality of life in the two groups were higher than those in the same group before treatment, and the improvement degree of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group, and the scores of TCM syndromes in the two groups were significantly lower than those in the same group before treatment, and the levels of P0.05 and CD8 in the observation group were higher than those in the same group before treatment, and the course of improvement in the observation group was higher than that in the same group. Conclusion traditional Chinese medicine combined with conventional chemotherapy can significantly reduce the long-term metastatic recurrence rate of breast cancer patients after operation. Improving immune function and quality of life is worth popularizing in clinic.
