【摘要】：在當代社會,肥胖癥及其相關的T2DM和MS已成為嚴重的社會和醫(yī)學問題。除了口服藥物及注射胰島素等傳統(tǒng)治療方法外,近年來代謝手術治療糖尿病的療效也逐漸得到了認可。但是,代謝手術本身存在術后風險和并發(fā)癥等多種局限性,同時由于我國T2DM患者存在BMI偏低等特殊性,使得目前國內尚缺少充足的手術數(shù)據(jù)和循證證據(jù)。本文就代謝手術治療糖尿病的現(xiàn)狀與局限性做一評述。
[Abstract]:Obesity and its associated T2DM and MS have become a serious social and medical problem in modern society. In addition to traditional treatments such as oral drugs and insulin injections, In recent years, the efficacy of metabolic surgery in the treatment of diabetes mellitus has been gradually recognized. However, metabolic surgery itself has many limitations, such as postoperative risk and complications. At the same time, due to the particularity of low BMI in T2DM patients in China, This article reviews the present situation and limitation of metabolic surgery in the treatment of diabetes mellitus.
