【摘要】：正因鈦合金、人工骨材料組織堅(jiān)硬,無(wú)法切出較薄的完整切片。傳統(tǒng)方法切片只能看到骨結(jié)構(gòu),V-G染色法鏡下觀察切片顏色不鮮亮,細(xì)胞核模糊,軟骨和纖維結(jié)締組織很難辨別,熒光雙標(biāo)兩條線不夠清晰,只能采集低倍圖片。本文現(xiàn)介紹一種新方法,用502膠粘貼于有機(jī)玻片上,再經(jīng)自制電動(dòng)磨片機(jī)研磨至30~50μm厚,用Van Gieson(亞甲基蘭-酸性品紅,簡(jiǎn)稱V-G)染色,顏色對(duì)比鮮艷,高倍鏡下骨細(xì)胞核、軟骨、纖維結(jié)締組織等均可清晰辨別。四環(huán)素-鈣黃綠
[Abstract]:Because of the titanium alloy, the artificial bone material is hard to cut out a thin, complete slice.
