【摘要】：浮游菌是衡量環(huán)境潔凈度的一項重要指標(biāo),然而潔凈作業(yè)環(huán)境與受控實驗環(huán)境的特殊性往往導(dǎo)致浮游菌的研究比較受限。本文設(shè)計并實現(xiàn)了一種微環(huán)境實驗箱系統(tǒng),便于在常規(guī)實驗條件下進行浮游菌研究。Fluent數(shù)值模擬表明,浮游菌在實驗箱內(nèi)中上部具備較好的分布狀態(tài),并呈現(xiàn)出自下而上的濃度增長分布現(xiàn)象。根據(jù)模擬結(jié)果,在實驗箱內(nèi)選擇不同空間位置的5個測量點進行粒子計數(shù)濃度驗證實驗。實驗結(jié)果表明金黃色葡萄球菌發(fā)菌5 min后各測量點平均粒子濃度均達(dá)到了10~7個/m~3數(shù)量級,各測量點粒子分布較為一致,且上部濃度略高于中部濃度,中部濃度略高于底部濃度。驗證實驗結(jié)果與數(shù)值模擬結(jié)果相符,證明該系統(tǒng)能夠較好地用于浮游菌研究。
[Abstract]:Phytoplankton is an important index to measure environmental cleanliness. However, the particularity of clean working environment and controlled experimental environment often lead to the limited research of phytoplankton. In this paper, a microenvironment experimental box system is designed and implemented. The numerical simulation of plankton bacteria. Fluent shows that the plankton bacteria have a good distribution state in the middle and upper part of the experiment box, and show the phenomenon of increasing concentration from bottom to top. According to the simulation results, The experimental results showed that the average particle concentration of each measuring point reached 10 ~ 7 / m ~ (-3) after 5 min of staphylococcus aureus, and 5 measurement points in different space positions were selected to test the particle count concentration of Staphylococcus aureus for 5 min, the results showed that the average particle concentration was 10 ~ 7 / m ~ (-3) after 5 min. The particle distribution of the measured points is consistent and the upper concentration is slightly higher than the middle concentration and the central concentration is slightly higher than the bottom concentration. The experimental results are in agreement with the numerical simulation results. It is proved that the system can be used in the study of phytoplankton bacteria.
