【摘要】：背景:臨床上研究膝關(guān)節(jié)交叉韌帶生物材料的力學性能具有重要意義,可為臨床研制組織結(jié)構(gòu)、生物力學及相容性好的材料提供理論依據(jù)。目的:分析帶血管蒂髕腱移植物的力學性能。方法:切斷42只新西蘭大白兔左前腿前交叉韌帶,隨機分為2組,實驗組植入自體帶血管蒂髕腱移植物進行前交叉韌帶修復,對照組植入自體不帶血管蒂髕腱移植物進行前交叉韌帶修復。移植后8,12,16周,檢測兩組移植標本的生物力學性能。結(jié)果與結(jié)論:兩組不同時間點的斷裂位置比較差異無顯著性意義;實驗組移植后12,16周的膝關(guān)節(jié)前后松弛度高于對照組(P0.05),兩組移植后8周的膝關(guān)節(jié)前后松弛度比較差異無顯著性意義;實驗組移植后8,12,16周的最大載荷均高于對照組(P0.05),移植后8,12,16周的剛度均高于對照組(P0.05);兩組移植后不同時間點的最大拉伸長度比較差異無顯著性意義。表明帶血管蒂髕腱移植物具有良好的力學性能。
[Abstract]:Background: it is of great significance to study the mechanical properties of knee cruciate ligament biomaterials in clinic and can be used to develop tissue structure for clinical application. Objective: to analyze the mechanical properties of patellar tendon grafts with vascular pedicle. Methods: 42 New Zealand white rabbits were randomly divided into 2 groups. The experimental group was implanted with autogenous patellar tendon graft with vascular pedicle for anterior cruciate ligament repair, while the control group was implanted with autogenous patellar tendon graft without vascular pedicle for anterior cruciate ligament repair. Results and conclusion: there was no significant difference in fracture location between the two groups at different time points. The relaxation degree of the knee joint in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group at 12 and 16 weeks after transplantation, but there was no significant difference between the two groups in the relaxation of the knee joint at the 8th week after transplantation. The maximum load of the experimental group at the 16th week after transplantation was higher than that of the control group (P 0.05), and the stiffness of the control group at the week 81216 was higher than that of the control group (P 0.05). There was no significant difference in the maximum stretch length between the two groups at different time points after transplantation, which indicated that the patellar tendon grafts with vascular pedicle had good mechanical properties.
