【摘要】：多種蛋白參與了小腸膽固醇的吸收,其中尼曼-匹克C1型類似蛋白1(Niemann-Pick C1 like 1,NPC1L1)主要介導(dǎo)小腸對膽固醇的吸收;小腸吸收的游離膽固醇在�；o酶A-膽固醇�；D(zhuǎn)移酶2[acyl-coenzyme A(Co A)∶cholesterol acyltransferase 2,ACAT2]的催化下形成膽固醇酯并經(jīng)淋巴系統(tǒng)進(jìn)入血液循環(huán),而未被酯化的膽固醇則通過ATP結(jié)合盒轉(zhuǎn)運蛋白G5/G8[ATP-binding cassette(ABC)transporters G5/G8,ABCG5/ABCG8]分泌入腸腔,轉(zhuǎn)錄因子肝X受體(liver X receptor,LXR)在小腸膽固醇吸收過程中發(fā)揮了重要的調(diào)節(jié)作用。該文主要對小腸膽固醇吸收相關(guān)蛋白NPC1L1、ABCG5/ABCG8、ACAT2和LXR的研究進(jìn)展進(jìn)行了綜述。
[Abstract]:A variety of proteins are involved in the absorption of cholesterol in the small intestine, among which 1(Niemann-Pick C1 like 1 / NPC1L1) mainly mediates the absorption of cholesterol in the small intestine. The free cholesterol absorbed by the small intestine is catalyzed by acyl coenzyme A- cholesterol acyltransferase 2 [acyl-coenzyme A(Co A):cholesterol acyltransferase _ 2 ACA _ T2] to form cholesterol ester and enter the blood circulation through the lymphatic system. The unesterified cholesterol was secreted into the intestinal cavity through the ATP binding cassette transporter G5/G8 [ATP-binding cassette(ABC)transporters G5 / G8 ABCG5 / ABCG8]. The transcription factor liver X receptor LXR played an important role in the absorption of cholesterol in the small intestine. This paper reviews the advances in the studies of small intestinal cholesterol absorption-associated protein (NPC1L1) ABCG5 / ABCG8 ACAT2 and LXR.
