【摘要】：目的研究南京市2013年腦卒中死亡的時(shí)空分布和變化特征。方法基于南京市2013年全年逐日腦卒中死亡個(gè)案數(shù)據(jù),以區(qū)縣為空間統(tǒng)計(jì)單元,利用GIS空間分析和統(tǒng)計(jì)分析工具,計(jì)算腦卒中死亡率和相對(duì)死亡率比值,進(jìn)行空間分布特征和時(shí)間變化規(guī)律的分析。結(jié)果 2013年南京市腦卒中類(lèi)疾病死亡占全年總死亡數(shù)的16.41%,腦卒中死亡率為75.53/10萬(wàn)。腦卒中死亡主要分布在65歲及以上人群(85.48%),女性的腦卒中死亡率略高于男性。南京市2013年腦卒中死亡具有明顯的時(shí)空分布特征:冬春季節(jié)的腦卒中死亡發(fā)病率要明顯高于夏秋季節(jié),但盛夏的8月,死亡數(shù)也存在峰值;郊區(qū)縣腦卒中死亡率及其季節(jié)差異均高于中心城區(qū)。結(jié)論應(yīng)加強(qiáng)冬季、夏季以及郊區(qū)縣腦卒中的死亡風(fēng)險(xiǎn)預(yù)警和科學(xué)防控。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the temporal and spatial distribution and variation characteristics of stroke death in Nanjing in 2013. Methods based on the daily stroke death data of Nanjing in 2013, taking the district and county as the spatial statistical unit, the ratio of stroke mortality and relative mortality was calculated by using GIS spatial analysis and statistical analysis tools, and the spatial distribution characteristics and temporal variation were analyzed. Results in 2013, the death rate of stroke diseases in Nanjing accounted for 16.41% of the total number of deaths in the whole year, and the mortality rate of stroke was 75.53 / 100000. The death rate of stroke was mainly among 65 years old and over (85.48%). The mortality rate of stroke in female was slightly higher than that in male. There are obvious temporal and spatial distribution characteristics of stroke death in Nanjing in 2013: the incidence of stroke death in winter and spring is significantly higher than that in summer and autumn, but the number of deaths also has a peak in August in midsummer, and the mortality rate and seasonal difference of stroke in suburban counties are higher than those in central urban areas. Conclusion early warning and scientific prevention and control of stroke death risk in winter, summer and suburban counties should be strengthened.
