【摘要】：目的探討醒腦開(kāi)竅針?lè)ńY(jié)合康復(fù)治療中風(fēng)偏癱的臨床療效及其對(duì)患者肌力即刻效應(yīng)的影響。方法選取浙江大學(xué)金華醫(yī)院2015年3月—2016年9月收治的中風(fēng)偏癱患者120例,隨機(jī)將患者分為對(duì)照組與觀察組,各60例。對(duì)照組患者予以常規(guī)康復(fù)訓(xùn)練,觀察組在對(duì)照組基礎(chǔ)上予以醒腦開(kāi)竅針?lè)ㄖ委?比較兩組患者治療前后上、下肢肢體運(yùn)動(dòng)功能評(píng)分量表(FMA)評(píng)分、日常生活能力評(píng)分量表(ADL)評(píng)分及治療后上、下肢肌力即刻療效。結(jié)果治療前兩組患者上、下肢FMA評(píng)分比較,差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);治療后觀察組患者上、下肢FMA評(píng)分高于對(duì)照組(P0.05);治療后兩組患者上、下肢FMA評(píng)分高于治療前(P0.05)。治療前兩組患者ADL評(píng)分比較,差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);治療后觀察組患者ADL評(píng)分高于對(duì)照組(P0.05);治療后兩組患者ADL評(píng)分高于治療前(P0.05)。觀察組治療后上、下肢肌力改善總有效率高于對(duì)照組(P0.05)。結(jié)論醒腦開(kāi)竅針?lè)ńY(jié)合康復(fù)治療中風(fēng)偏癱的臨床療效確切,可改善患者肢體運(yùn)動(dòng)功能及肌力即刻效應(yīng),提升生活質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the clinical effect of the combination of acupuncture and rehabilitation in the treatment of apoplectic hemiplegia and its influence on the immediate effect of muscle strength in patients with apoplectic hemiplegia. Methods from March 2015 to September 2016, 120 patients with hemiplegia were randomly divided into two groups: control group and observation group. The patients in the control group were treated with routine rehabilitation training, and the patients in the observation group were treated with "refreshing brain and resuscitation acupuncture" on the basis of the control group. The scores of upper and lower extremity motor function scale (FMA) before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Activity of daily living scale (ADL) score and treatment of the upper limb muscle strength immediately curative effect. Results there was no significant difference in FMA score between the two groups before treatment (P0.05); in the observation group, the lower limb FMA score after treatment was higher than that in the control group (P0.05); after treatment, the FMA score of lower extremity was higher than that before treatment (P0.05). There was no significant difference in ADL scores between the two groups before treatment (P0.05); the ADL scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group after treatment (P0.05); the ADL scores in the two groups after treatment were higher than those before treatment (P0.05). After treatment, the total effective rate of lower limb muscle strength improvement in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P0.05). Conclusion the clinical effect of Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture combined with rehabilitation in the treatment of apoplectic hemiplegia is definite. It can improve the limb motor function and immediate effect of muscle strength and improve the quality of life.
