【摘要】：背景:兒童濕疹是濕疹類型中的一種,同成人濕疹本質(zhì)上沒有區(qū)別,癥狀常伴有輕重不一的瘙癢,皮疹可發(fā)生于身體的任何部位,多對稱發(fā)生于身體兩側(cè),通常按其病程和臨床特點(diǎn)可分為急性、亞急性和慢性濕疹。關(guān)于0.05%丙酸氟替卡松乳膏(克廷膚)治療兒童濕疹的國內(nèi)相關(guān)報道較少。 目的:觀察克廷膚治療兒童濕疹療效和安全分析。 方法:搜集門診患者148例,隨機(jī)分為克廷膚組和艾洛松組2組,分別使用克廷膚和艾洛松治療觀察,療程2周,然后根據(jù)各項治療指標(biāo)進(jìn)行比較。 結(jié)果:克廷膚組治療1周后、2周后的有效率明顯高于艾洛松組,并且兩組之間差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(克廷膚組1周后有效率為80.3%,艾洛松組1周后有效率為55.7%,X~2 =10.415,P=0.0010.05;克廷膚組2周后有效率為90.8%,艾洛松組2周后有效率為70.8%,X~2 =9.599,P=0.0020.05). 結(jié)論:克廷膚治療兒童濕疹療效高,安全性好。
[Abstract]:Background: eczema in children is one of the types of eczema that is essentially no different from adult eczema. Symptoms are often accompanied by itching of varying severity. Rashes can occur in any part of the body and more symmetrically on both sides of the body. Usually according to the course of disease and clinical characteristics can be divided into acute, subacute and chronic eczema. There are few reports on the treatment of eczema in children with 0.05% fluticasone propionate cream. Objective: to observe the efficacy and safety of Curtin skin in the treatment of eczema in children. Methods: 148 outpatients were randomly divided into two groups: Ketinskin group and Eloxone group. The patients were treated with ketinskin and Eloxone for 2 weeks, and then compared according to the indexes of treatment. Results: the effective rate after 1 week treatment and 2 weeks after treatment in the Ketinfu group was significantly higher than that in the Eloxone group, and there was a significant difference between the two groups (80.3% after one week in the Ketingfu group and 55.7% in the Eloxone group after 1 week treatment), and the effective rate in the two groups was significantly higher than that in the Eloxone group. X _ (2) = 10.41 ~ (15), P _ (x) 0.0010.05; The effective rate was 90.8% in the Ketingfu group and 70.8% in the Eloxone group 2 weeks later, and the effective rate was 9.599, P = 0.0020.05 in the clotin skin group and in the Eloxone group after 2 weeks. Conclusion: Keating skin is effective and safe in the treatment of eczema in children.
