【摘要】：患者女,11歲。左小腿內(nèi)側(cè)斑塊伴疼痛10年。皮膚科情況:左小腿內(nèi)側(cè)可見(jiàn)多處黃豆大小的咖色丘疹、結(jié)節(jié),部分融合成約3~5cm大小的斑塊,沿Blaschko線狀分布,有毛發(fā)分布,局部可見(jiàn)散在汗液,壓之無(wú)退色,有輕微壓痛感。皮損組織病理示:表皮角化過(guò)度伴不全角化,棘層呈輕度乳頭瘤樣增生,真皮深層可見(jiàn)大量結(jié)構(gòu)正常的小汗腺增生,周圍間質(zhì)黏液沉積。診斷:黏液性小汗腺痣。
[Abstract]:The patient was 11 years old. Left medial calf plaque with pain for 10 years. Dermatology: on the inside of the left calf, there are many caucous papules, nodules, some fused into patches about the size of 3~5cm, distributed linearly along the Blaschko, hair distribution, local sweat scattered, no fading pressure, slight tenderness. The histopathology of the lesions showed that the epidermal keratosis was hyperkeratosis with incomplete keratosis, the spinous layer was mild papillomatous hyperplasia, a large number of normal eccrine glands were seen in the deep dermis, and the interstitial mucus was deposited around the epidermis. Diagnosis: mucinous eccrine nevus.
