【摘要】：正例1.患者,女,58歲,因雙手指端、軀干結(jié)節(jié)10年于2012年10月25日來(lái)我科門(mén)診就診。10年前該患者無(wú)明顯病誘因于右手小指皮膚出現(xiàn)白色硬結(jié),約米粒大小,無(wú)疼痛,無(wú)發(fā)熱,手指活動(dòng)、感覺(jué)正常,遂至當(dāng)?shù)蒯t(yī)院就診,建議行組織活檢,但患者拒絕,故未予以特殊處理,后各手指及軀干部逐漸出現(xiàn)類(lèi)似皮疹,無(wú)疼痛,部分破潰后流出白色內(nèi)容物,傷口外用莫匹羅星軟膏后愈合�；颊邽榍筮M(jìn)一步明確診斷,遂就
