【摘要】：正當(dāng)前,大數(shù)據(jù)在基礎(chǔ)醫(yī)學(xué)、臨床醫(yī)學(xué)、公共衛(wèi)生等領(lǐng)域的應(yīng)用開(kāi)展得如火如荼,其可以為生物學(xué)、臨床醫(yī)學(xué)、流行病學(xué)等領(lǐng)域提供強(qiáng)有效的工具。大數(shù)據(jù)的應(yīng)用可以更準(zhǔn)確地分析疾病或表型在不同人群中的患病率及發(fā)病趨勢(shì),探討危險(xiǎn)因素與疾病間的關(guān)系,使得數(shù)據(jù)驅(qū)動(dòng)臨床決策成為可能,是實(shí)現(xiàn)傳統(tǒng)醫(yī)學(xué)模式向"精準(zhǔn)醫(yī)學(xué)"轉(zhuǎn)變的必要前提和核心動(dòng)力。同時(shí),大數(shù)據(jù)的應(yīng)用還有助于宏觀規(guī)律的得出,可以為醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生政策
[Abstract]:In the past, the application of big data in the fields of basic medicine, clinical medicine, public health has been developed, which can provide highly effective tools for biology, clinical medicine, epidemiology, etc. The application of big data can more accurately analyze the prevalence and pathogenesis of disease or phenotype in different population, explore the relationship between risk factors and disease, make it possible to make data driven clinical decision, which is the necessary prerequisite and core power to realize the transformation of traditional medical mode to``precision medicine'' .
