【摘要】：目的掌握吉林省克山病患病及發(fā)病趨勢(shì),為防治克山病提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。方法選取克山病病區(qū)為監(jiān)測(cè)點(diǎn),按照《全國(guó)克山病監(jiān)測(cè)方案》要求,對(duì)監(jiān)測(cè)點(diǎn)常住人口進(jìn)行病例搜索和病區(qū)監(jiān)測(cè)。結(jié)果 5年累計(jì)搜索醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)總個(gè)數(shù)11 134個(gè)次,共搜索出心肌疾病873例,疑似克山病364例,慢型克山病264人,其中新確診慢型克山病1例。共檢診15931人,檢出克山病61例,總檢出率3.8‰,其中慢型6例,檢出率為0.4‰;潛在型55例,檢出率為3.5‰,未發(fā)現(xiàn)急型和亞急型病人。全省心電圖檢查15 931人,出現(xiàn)異常心電圖4 782人,異常率為30%。綜合潛、慢克患病率情況,此次19個(gè)縣全部達(dá)到控制標(biāo)準(zhǔn),其中11個(gè)縣達(dá)到了消除標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。結(jié)論各病區(qū)縣病情差異較大,仍有新病例檢出,克山病仍然是一個(gè)嚴(yán)重的地方性公共衛(wèi)生問題,應(yīng)加強(qiáng)克山病監(jiān)測(cè)工作,控制和減少克山病的發(fā)生和發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the prevalence and trend of Keshan disease in Jilin Province, and to provide scientific basis for the prevention and treatment of Keshan disease. Methods the Keshan disease area was selected as the surveillance point. According to the requirements of the National Keshan Disease Surveillance Program, the resident population of the surveillance site was searched for cases and monitored in the ward area. Results the total number of medical institutions searched for 11 134 times in 5 years. A total of 873 cases of myocardial diseases, 364 cases of suspected Keshan disease and 264 cases of chronic Keshan disease were found, of which 1 case was newly diagnosed as chronic Keshan disease. A total of 15931 patients were diagnosed, 61 cases of Keshan disease were detected, the total detection rate was 3.8%, including 6 cases of chronic type, the detection rate was 0.4%, 55 cases of potential type, the detection rate was 3.5%. No acute type and subacute type were found. There were 15931 electrocardiogram (ECG) and 4782 abnormal electrocardiogram (ECG) in the province, the abnormal rate was 30%. Comprehensive latent, slow gram prevalence rate, all 19 counties reached the control standard, of which 11 counties reached the elimination standard. Conclusion there are still new cases detected in each disease area and county. Keshan disease is still a serious local public health problem. It is necessary to strengthen the surveillance of Keshan disease and control and reduce the occurrence and development of Keshan disease.
