【摘要】：目的檢測自身免疫性疾病患者血清中抗白念珠菌烯醇化酶(Eno)IgG型抗體表達情況。方法以重組白念珠菌Eno為包被抗原,建立ELISA檢測方法并對反應條件優(yōu)化,檢測健康獻血員對照組和自身免疫性疾病患者血清中抗白念珠菌Eno IgG型抗體。用Western blot法驗證部分Eno抗體陽性血清的準確性。結果共檢測自身免疫性疾病患者血清70份,其中抗白念珠菌Eno IgG型抗體陽性血清19份,總體陽性率為27.14%(19/70)。與對照組相比,自身免疫性疾病患者白念珠菌Eno IgG型抗體陽性率明顯升高。其中,類風濕性關節(jié)炎患者白念珠菌Eno IgG型抗體陽性率為11.8%(2/17)、紅斑狼瘡患者陽性率為45.8%(11/24)。部分血清反應特異性得到Western blot驗證。結論自身免疫性疾病患者血清抗白念珠菌Eno IgG型抗體陽性率較高,可能對白念珠菌Eno IgG型抗體應用于侵襲性念珠菌病診斷有干擾。
[Abstract]:Objective to detect the expression of anti-candida enolase (Eno) IGG antibody in serum of patients with autoimmune diseases. Methods using recombinant candida albicans Eno as coating antigen, a ELISA detection method was established and the reaction conditions were optimized. the serum anti-Eno antibody against candida albicans in healthy blood donors and patients with autoimmune diseases was detected. Western blot method was used to verify the accuracy of some Eno antibody positive serum.
