【摘要】：目的了解人工虎骨粉治療老年原發(fā)性骨質(zhì)疏松癥所引發(fā)腰背疼痛的治療效果,并探討其可能的機(jī)制。方法選擇原發(fā)性骨質(zhì)疏松癥腰背疼痛老年患者76例,采用隨機(jī)信封法分為治療組和對(duì)照組,每組各38例。治療組另外給予人工虎骨粉口服,對(duì)照組給予碳酸鈣和維生素D口服。治療前、治療后第3、6個(gè)月,分別運(yùn)用數(shù)字疼痛評(píng)分(numeric rating scale,NRS)、視覺(jué)模擬疼痛評(píng)分(visual analogue scale,VAS)對(duì)疼痛進(jìn)行評(píng)估;運(yùn)用Oswestry功能障礙指數(shù)(oswestry dability index,ODI)、JOA下腰功能(Japanese Orthopaedic Association,JOA)評(píng)分對(duì)腰背功能進(jìn)行評(píng)估。結(jié)果治療前兩組患者疼痛及腰背功能無(wú)差別。治療后第3、6個(gè)月,治療組的NRS評(píng)分、VAS評(píng)分、ODI指數(shù)、JOA評(píng)分均優(yōu)于對(duì)照組(P0.05)。結(jié)論人工虎骨粉能夠緩解老年原發(fā)性骨質(zhì)疏松癥所引發(fā)的腰背疼痛,可改善患者腰背功能,提高日�；顒�(dòng)能力。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the therapeutic effect of artificial tiger bone powder on lumbar and back pain caused by primary osteoporosis in the elderly and to explore its possible mechanism. Methods 76 cases of primary osteoporosis with lumbar pain were randomly divided into treatment group (n = 38) and control group (n = 38). The treatment group was treated with artificial tiger bone powder and the control group with calcium carbonate and vitamin D. Before treatment, 3 months and 6 months after treatment, the pain was evaluated by digital pain score (numeric rating scaleNRS) and visual analogue pain score (visual analogue scaleanter), and by using (oswestry dability index (oswestry dability index) and Japanese Orthopaedic Association (JOA) score. Results there was no difference in pain and lumbar function between the two groups before treatment. At the 3rd and 6th month after treatment, the NRS scores and VAS scores and the JOA scores of the ODI index in the treatment group were better than those in the control group (P0.05). Conclusion artificial tiger bone powder can relieve the pain caused by primary osteoporosis in the elderly, improve the function of lumbar and back, and improve the ability of daily activities.
