【摘要】：目的探究決策樹(shù)模型在2型糖尿病患病風(fēng)險(xiǎn)預(yù)測(cè)中的應(yīng)用,為預(yù)防和控制2型糖尿病的發(fā)生和發(fā)展提供臨床指導(dǎo)。方法收集數(shù)據(jù)并進(jìn)行預(yù)處理,采用C5.0算法構(gòu)建分類模型,之后對(duì)其預(yù)測(cè)結(jié)果進(jìn)行評(píng)估。結(jié)果采用決策樹(shù)構(gòu)建的三個(gè)模型的訓(xùn)練集準(zhǔn)確率分別為79.98%、98.26%、99.55%,測(cè)試集的準(zhǔn)確率分別為81.27%、98.16%、98.16%,預(yù)測(cè)準(zhǔn)確率都較高。結(jié)論采用C5.0算法構(gòu)建決策樹(shù)模型,對(duì)預(yù)測(cè)糖尿病的患病風(fēng)險(xiǎn)具有一定的應(yīng)用價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the application of decision tree model in predicting the risk of type 2 diabetes, and to provide clinical guidance for preventing and controlling the occurrence and development of type 2 diabetes.Methods the data were collected and preprocessed, the classification model was constructed by C5.0 algorithm, and the prediction results were evaluated.Results the training set accuracy of the three models constructed by decision tree was 79.98 and 98.260.55, and the accuracy of test set was 81.279.1698.160.The accuracy of prediction was higher.Conclusion using C5.0 algorithm to construct decision tree model has certain application value in predicting the risk of diabetes mellitus.
