超聲法皮下脂肪厚度測量系統(tǒng)的研究

【摘要】:隨著經(jīng)濟發(fā)展和人們生活水平不斷提高,國內(nèi)肥胖人群數(shù)量逐年增加,人民群眾身心健康受到威脅,生活質(zhì)量下降。超聲脈沖回波法具有原理簡單、硬件制作成本低、回波信號易處理等優(yōu)點。為使人們更加客觀而且方便的了解自身的胖瘦狀態(tài),通過測量皮下脂肪厚度間接得到人體體脂率十分重要。本論文采用超聲脈沖回波測量原理,確定了基于超聲波的皮下脂肪厚度測量系統(tǒng)的總體方案,進行了硬件電路和軟件程序設計及相關實驗,對人體特定部位皮下脂肪厚度進行了測量和分析。論文的主要研究工作如下:1、分析超聲法測量皮下脂肪厚度的基本原理,研究了人體淺表軟組織的生物學特性和超聲波在淺表軟組織中的傳播特性,采用超聲脈沖回波法作為該超聲波皮下脂肪厚度測量系統(tǒng)的基本測量方法。2、設計完成系統(tǒng)硬件電路,硬件電路部分主要由超聲脈沖發(fā)射模塊、回波信號接收預處理模塊、回波處理控制顯示模塊和超聲探頭四個部分組成。3、開發(fā)相應的軟件,軟件部分選用了基于C語言的ICCAVR編程工具作為開發(fā)平臺。系統(tǒng)程序由主函數(shù)文件、函數(shù)聲明文件和液晶顯示函數(shù)文件三個源文件組成,采用篩選和切尾均值等算法對結果進行運算處理并顯示。4、設計相關實驗,利用上述超聲測量系統(tǒng)對超聲仿體脂肪模型標準試塊、離體豬皮下脂肪組織樣本和人體上臂部皮下脂肪三種被測樣本進行測量,并將測量結果與標準數(shù)值或通過其他方式得到的測量數(shù)據(jù)進行比對,分析結果表明本論文設計的超聲測量裝置的測量結果達到了預期性能指標,該系統(tǒng)的穩(wěn)定性和精確度達到了較高水平。
[Abstract]:With the development of economy and the improvement of people's living standard, the number of obese people in China is increasing year by year, the physical and mental health of the people is threatened, and the quality of life is declining. The ultrasonic pulse echo method has simple principle and low cost of hardware fabrication. The echo signal is easy to process. In order to make people understand their fat state more objectively and conveniently, it is very important to obtain body fat rate indirectly by measuring the thickness of subcutaneous fat. The overall scheme of the subcutaneous fat thickness measurement system based on ultrasonic wave is determined, and the hardware circuit, software program design and related experiments are carried out. The measurement and analysis of subcutaneous fat thickness in specific parts of human body are made. The main research work of this paper is as follows: 1. The basic principle of ultrasonic measurement of subcutaneous fat thickness is analyzed. The biological characteristics of human superficial soft tissue and the propagation characteristics of ultrasonic wave in superficial soft tissue were studied. The ultrasonic pulse echo method was used as the basic measuring method of the ultrasonic subcutaneous fat thickness measurement system. The hardware circuit of the system was designed and completed. The hardware circuit is mainly composed of four parts: ultrasonic pulse transmitting module, echo signal receiving preprocessing module, echo processing control display module and ultrasonic probe. The corresponding software is developed. In the software part, ICCAVR programming tool based on C language is selected as the development platform. The system program consists of three source files: main function file, function declaration file and liquid crystal display function file. The algorithm of screening and trailing mean was used to calculate and display the result. The experiment was designed, and the ultrasonic body fat model standard sample was tested by the ultrasonic measurement system mentioned above. Three kinds of subcutaneous adipose tissue samples of pig and human upper arm subcutaneous fat were measured, and the results were compared with standard values or measured data obtained by other means. The analysis results show that the ultrasonic measurement device designed in this paper achieves the expected performance index, and the stability and accuracy of the system reach a higher level.
