【摘要】：目的檢測(cè)凋亡蛋白酶活化因子-1(Apaf-1)和細(xì)胞凋亡蛋白酶-9(Caspase-9)在前列腺癌(prostatic carcinoma,PCa)和良性前列腺增生(benign prostatic hyperplasia,BPH)中的表達(dá),探討Apaf-1、Caspase-9表達(dá)與PCa臨床病理特征的關(guān)系。方法采用免疫組化SP法檢測(cè)45例PCa和60例BPH組織中Apaf-1和Caspase-9蛋白的表達(dá)。結(jié)果 PCa組中Apaf-1和Caspase-9的陽(yáng)性率明顯低于BPH組,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);Apaf-1和Caspase-9的表達(dá)與患者年齡及遠(yuǎn)處轉(zhuǎn)移無(wú)關(guān),與病理分級(jí)及臨床分期相關(guān)(P0.05)。結(jié)論 Apaf-1和Caspase-9在PCa組織中低表達(dá),二者呈正相關(guān)(rs=0.645,P0.01),Apaf-1和Caspase-9可能與PCa的發(fā)生、發(fā)展密切相關(guān)。
[Abstract]:Objective to detect the expression of apoptotic protease activating factor -1 (Apaf-1) and apoptotic protease -9 (Caspase-9) in prostate cancer (prostatic carcinoma, PCa) and benign prostatic hyperplasia (benign prostatic hyperplasia, BPH), and to explore the relationship between the expression of Apaf-1, the expression of -9 and the clinicopathological features. Methods 45 cases were detected by immunohistochemical staining. The expression of Apaf-1 and Caspase-9 protein in PCa and 60 BPH tissues. Results the positive rate of Apaf-1 and Caspase-9 in PCa group was significantly lower than that in BPH group, and the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). The expression of Apaf-1 and Caspase-9 was not related to the age and distant metastasis of the patients, and was related to the pathological classification and clinical stage (P0.05). The expression of two genes was positively correlated (rs=0.645, P0.01). Apaf-1 and Caspase-9 may be closely related to the occurrence and development of PCa.
