【摘要】：終末期腎病(ESRD)發(fā)病率呈增高趨勢,給社會和個人帶來沉重負(fù)擔(dān)。鈣磷代謝紊亂是ESRD常見的礦物質(zhì)代謝紊亂,研究和防治ESRD患者鈣磷代謝紊亂成為提高ESRD患者生存率和生活質(zhì)量(QOL)的重要課題。ESRD引起鈣磷代謝紊亂的機(jī)制、并發(fā)癥及危害逐漸得到臨床工作者和患者的重視,其治療在我國目前仍然生物醫(yī)學(xué)模式為主,近年來新型藥物的不斷出現(xiàn)和新的醫(yī)學(xué)模式干預(yù)(生物-心理-社會醫(yī)學(xué)模式)降低ESRD患者死亡率,使ESRD患者QOL得到提高。
[Abstract]:The incidence of end-stage nephropathy (ESRD) is increasing, which brings heavy burden to society and individuals.Calcium and phosphorus metabolism disorder is a common mineral metabolism disorder in ESRD. To study and prevent calcium phosphorus metabolism disorder in patients with ESRD has become an important topic in improving survival rate and quality of life of ESRD patients.Clinical workers and patients pay more and more attention to the complications and hazards, and the treatment of them is still based on the biomedical model in our country.In recent years, the emergence of new drugs and the intervention of new medical model (bio-psycho-social medical model) to reduce the death rate of patients with ESRD, so that QOL patients with ESRD have been increased.
