【摘要】：正1病例簡介患者,男,54歲,因"尿頻伴進行性排尿困難2年"以"前列腺增生癥"入院。近2年來夜尿增加,一開始每晚2~3次,后逐漸增加至4~5次,并出現尿線無力、分叉及變細,遂來本院就診門診收入院�；颊唢嬍�、既往史、家族史無明顯異常。入院后肛診:前列腺Ⅲ°大,以左側葉增大為主,質韌,稍有波動感,未觸及質硬結節(jié),肛門括約
[Abstract]:A case profile of the patient, 54 years old, due to "frequent urination with progressive dysuria 2 years" with "prostatic hyperplasia" admitted to hospital.
