【摘要】：本次實驗旨在研究麻醉氣體N2O用于高強度聚集超聲治療中對游離血紅蛋白（FHb）及細(xì)胞間粘附分子-1（ICAM-1）含量的影響，進(jìn)而探討其增加組織損傷的作用機制。方法：1、隨機抽取50例全身麻醉狀態(tài)下，，采用高強度聚焦超聲治療的原發(fā)性肝癌患者，將其平均分為實驗組（N2O組）與對照組（空白組）。2、分別于麻醉前、術(shù)中2小時抽取橈動脈血，用類過氧化物酶反應(yīng)法檢測血清中FHb的含量，用細(xì)胞酶聯(lián)免疫吸附試驗（ELISA）檢測血清中表達(dá)的ICAM-1。3、同一時間段，用HIFU治療儀超聲顯像系統(tǒng)觀察、比較兩組患者腹壁厚度變化情況。結(jié)果:與對照組相比，實驗組腹壁明顯增厚，F(xiàn)Hb及ICAM-1含量均明顯增高，差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義。結(jié)論：N2O用于高強度聚焦超聲治療中，機體內(nèi)FHb及ICAM-1含量增高，腹壁厚度增加，導(dǎo)致機體內(nèi)組織損傷加重。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of anesthetic gas N2O on the content of free hemoglobin (FHb) and intercellular adhesion molecule-1 (ICAM-1) in the treatment of high intensity aggregation ultrasound, and to explore its mechanism of increasing tissue damage. Methods: 1. Fifty patients with primary liver cancer under general anesthesia were randomly divided into experimental group (N2O group) and control group (control group). Radial artery blood was drawn at 2 hours during the operation. The content of FHb in serum was detected by peroxidase reaction method, and the expression of ICAM-1.3, in serum was detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) at the same time. The changes of abdominal wall thickness in two groups were observed by HIFU ultrasound imaging system. Results: compared with the control group, the abdominal wall of the experimental group was significantly thickened, and the contents of FHb and ICAM-1 were significantly increased. Conclusion: the contents of FHb and ICAM-1 in the body and the thickness of abdominal wall increased with N2O in the treatment of high intensity focused ultrasound.
