實(shí)驗(yàn)用獼猴頸部骨骼和血管的影像學(xué)及血流動(dòng)力學(xué)分析

【摘要】:目的為以獼猴為實(shí)驗(yàn)對(duì)象的基礎(chǔ)研究提供有價(jià)值的頸部影像學(xué)資料。方法選擇實(shí)驗(yàn)獼猴6只,雌雄各半,年齡3~5歲,體重3.5~5 kg,給予全身麻醉后行頸部CT血管掃描試驗(yàn),采用平掃及增強(qiáng)掃描技術(shù),進(jìn)行容積數(shù)據(jù)采集,獲取正常獼猴頸部CT橫斷面影像。并在橫斷位圖像中測(cè)量C6橫突孔入口處左右兩側(cè)椎動(dòng)脈直徑、C2-C6橫突孔的橫徑、矢狀徑。彩色多普勒超聲對(duì)健康獼猴頸總動(dòng)脈(CCA)、頸內(nèi)動(dòng)脈(ICA)、頸外動(dòng)脈(ECA)、椎動(dòng)脈(VA)的收縮期峰值血流速度(PSV)、舒張期峰值血流速度(EDV)及血管內(nèi)徑(D)進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果螺旋CT三維重建顯示:1獼猴椎動(dòng)脈經(jīng)C6橫突孔入頸椎,C2橫突孔出頸椎,并有鉤椎關(guān)節(jié)的存在,獼猴椎動(dòng)脈的走行與人極其相似;2獼猴左側(cè)椎動(dòng)脈直徑為(1.89±0.44)mm,右側(cè)椎動(dòng)脈直徑為(1.72±0.39)mm,雙側(cè)椎動(dòng)脈直徑比較無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)差異(P0.05),同一節(jié)段雙側(cè)的橫突孔測(cè)量指標(biāo)比較無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異(P0.05)與人相似。彩色多普勒超聲檢測(cè)頸部血管提示:獼猴左右兩側(cè)的頸總動(dòng)脈收縮期峰值血流速度(CCA-PSV)、舒張期峰值血流速度(CCA-EDV),頸內(nèi)動(dòng)脈收縮期峰值血流速度(ICA-PSV)、舒張期峰值血流速度(ICA-EDV),頸外動(dòng)脈的收縮期峰值血流速度(ECA-PSV),椎動(dòng)脈收縮期峰值血流速度(VA-PSV)的差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。頸部左側(cè)動(dòng)脈是獼猴的優(yōu)勢(shì)動(dòng)脈。結(jié)論獲得了實(shí)驗(yàn)用獼猴頸部骨骼及血管的影像學(xué)資料,血流動(dòng)力參數(shù)及血管內(nèi)徑的測(cè)值,為以獼猴為實(shí)驗(yàn)對(duì)象的科學(xué)研究提供一些有價(jià)值的基礎(chǔ)資料。
[Abstract]:Objective to provide valuable cervical imaging data for the basic research of rhesus monkeys. Methods six experimental macaques, half female and half male, aged 3 to 5 years old and weighing 3.5 kg, were selected. After general anesthesia, the cervical CT angiography was performed, and the volume data were collected by plain scan and enhanced scanning. To obtain the normal rhesus monkey neck CT cross-sectional image. The transverse diameter and sagittal diameter of C _ 2-C _ 6 transverse foramen were measured at the entrance of C _ 6 transverse process foramen. The systolic peak flow velocity (PSV), diastolic peak flow velocity (EDV) and intravascular diameter (D) of common carotid artery (CCA), internal carotid artery (ICA), external carotid artery (ECAA), vertebral artery (VA) in healthy rhesus monkey were analyzed by color Doppler ultrasound. Results Three-dimensional reconstruction of spiral CT showed that the vertebral artery of Rhesus mulatta had the presence of hook joint through the foramen of C6 transverse process into the foramen of C2 transverse process of cervical vertebrae. The diameter of the left vertebral artery is 1.89 鹵0.44 mm, the diameter of the right vertebral artery is 1.72 鹵0.39 mm, and there is no statistical difference in the diameter of bilateral vertebral artery. There is no statistical difference in the diameter of bilateral vertebral artery (P 0.05). There is no statistical difference in the measurement of transverse process foramen in both sides of the same segment. The difference was similar to that of human beings (P0.05). Color Doppler ultrasound examination of cervical blood vessels suggests that the peak systolic velocity of the common carotid artery in the right and left sides of the rhesus monkey is CCA-PSV, the peak diastolic velocity is CCA-EDV, the peak systolic velocity of the internal carotid artery is ICA-PSV, and the peak diastolic flow velocity of the carotid artery is at the same time. ICA-EDV, peak systolic velocity of external carotid artery (ECA-PSV) and peak systolic velocity of vertebral artery (VA-PSV) were significantly different. The left cervical artery is the dominant artery in rhesus monkeys. Conclusion the imaging data, blood flow parameters and vascular diameter of the neck bone and blood vessel of the experimental rhesus monkey were obtained, which provided some valuable basic data for the scientific research of the rhesus monkey.
