【摘要】：目的探討在大鼠子宮角安置瘺管導(dǎo)管的可行性。方法對(duì)大鼠進(jìn)行麻醉后,在近子宮體端子宮角放置瘺管導(dǎo)管,并進(jìn)行組織病理學(xué)和妊娠功能的研究。結(jié)果大鼠子宮內(nèi)膜厚度瘺管模型組內(nèi)瘺管留置側(cè)子宮角(497.68±81.64)μm與對(duì)照組(537.90±77.29)μm和瘺管模型組內(nèi)對(duì)側(cè)子宮角(503.56±76.34)μm相比差異不顯著(P0.05);大鼠胚胎植入數(shù)量瘺管模型組(9.67±1.95)個(gè)與對(duì)照組(12.15±2.06)個(gè)相比顯著減少(P0.05);瘺管模型組內(nèi)瘺管側(cè)子宮角(5.83±3.54)個(gè)與對(duì)側(cè)子宮角(6.17±3.67)個(gè)相比差異不顯著(P0.05)。結(jié)論子宮角瘺管導(dǎo)管模型對(duì)大鼠子宮組織結(jié)構(gòu)影響較小,能夠滿足向子宮腔內(nèi)長(zhǎng)期注射病原微生物或者化學(xué)藥物等的試驗(yàn)要求。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the feasibility of fistula catheter placement in the uterine horn of rats. Methods after anaesthesia, fistula catheter was placed in the proximal uterine horn of the rat. The histopathology and pregnancy function were also studied. Results there was no significant difference in endometrial thickness fistula model group (497.68 鹵81.64) 渭 m compared with the control group (537.90 鹵77.29) 渭 m and the contralateral uterine horn (503.56 鹵76.34) 渭 m in the fistula model group. The number of Fistula in the Fistula Model Group (9.67 鹵1.95) was significantly lower than that in the control group (12.15 鹵2.06), while there was no significant difference between the Fistula Model Group and the contralateral uterine horn group (5.83 鹵3.54) and the contralateral uterine horn (6.17 鹵3.67). The influence of uterine tissue structure is small, It can meet the requirements of long-term injection of pathogenic microorganisms or chemical drugs into uterine cavity.
