控制性低血壓后不同恢復(fù)時(shí)間對大鼠血漿腦紅蛋白表達(dá)的影響

【摘要】:目的觀察控制性低血壓持續(xù)2 h對大鼠血漿Ngb表達(dá)的影響。方法 30只SD大鼠隨機(jī)分為手術(shù)對照組(A組)和控制性MAP 60 mm Hg持續(xù)2 h組(C組)。C組按控制性低血壓后恢復(fù)時(shí)間的不同分為4組,C1組為控制性低血壓后6 h;C2組為控制性低血壓后12 h;C3組為控制性低血壓后24 h;C4組為控制性低血壓后48 h。C組用硝普鈉復(fù)合鹽酸艾司洛爾誘導(dǎo)控制性低血壓。在術(shù)中使用機(jī)械通氣技術(shù)保證術(shù)中氧供。酶聯(lián)免疫吸附實(shí)驗(yàn)(ELISA)法檢測血漿Ngb的表達(dá)。結(jié)果 (1)術(shù)中大鼠的肛溫維持在37~38℃。術(shù)中均能夠通過血管活性藥物泵速的調(diào)節(jié)和麻醉深度的調(diào)節(jié)維持MAP在57~63 mm Hg的范圍內(nèi)波動,各小組內(nèi)和各小組間的變化不明顯;在停止使用血管活性藥物后所有動物的MAP均能逐漸回升。所有動物在復(fù)壓階段均沒有使用升壓藥物。所有實(shí)驗(yàn)動物在術(shù)中,生命體征平穩(wěn)。各時(shí)間點(diǎn)存活率100%。硝普鈉復(fù)合鹽酸艾司洛爾誘導(dǎo)控制性低血壓后,大鼠C組大鼠血漿中Ngb的表達(dá)逐漸增強(qiáng),至24 h達(dá)峰,其后逐漸下降。結(jié)論在硝普鈉復(fù)合鹽酸艾司洛爾誘導(dǎo)控制性低血壓后,控制性低血壓的相關(guān)神經(jīng)損傷風(fēng)險(xiǎn)在術(shù)后24 h后逐漸增強(qiáng)。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the effect of controlled hypotension on plasma Ngb expression in rats for 2 h. Methods Thirty SD rats were randomly divided into two groups: control group A (n = 30) and controlled MAP 60 mm Hg group (n = 2).
