【摘要】：目的了解醫(yī)院醫(yī)務人員手衛(wèi)生執(zhí)行情況及相關(guān)影響因素。方法采用問卷調(diào)查、現(xiàn)場提問和隨機現(xiàn)場觀察等方法,對某醫(yī)院臨床和醫(yī)技科室正在執(zhí)行醫(yī)療護理操作的醫(yī)務人員進行手衛(wèi)生情況觀察。結(jié)果醫(yī)生、護士、檢驗師、實習生手衛(wèi)生依從率分別為39.86%、52.30%、47.61%、32.37%。結(jié)論加強對臨床醫(yī)務人員的培訓教育,普及六步洗手法,提高手衛(wèi)生意識;規(guī)范洗手技術(shù),完善手衛(wèi)生設施的配置;加強督導檢查,切實將手衛(wèi)生制度落到實處,提高醫(yī)務人員手衛(wèi)生依從性。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the implementation of hand hygiene and related influencing factors among medical staff in hospital. Methods the hand hygiene of medical staff who were performing medical nursing operation in clinical and technical department of a hospital was observed by questionnaire, field questioning and random field observation. Results the compliance rates of doctors, nurses, examiners and interns were 39.86%, 52.30%, 47.61% and 32.37%, respectively. Conclusion strengthen the training and education of clinical medical staff, popularize the six-step washing technique, improve the hand hygiene consciousness, standardize the hand washing technology, perfect the allocation of hand hygiene facilities, strengthen the supervision and inspection, put the hand hygiene system into practice, and improve the hand hygiene compliance of medical staff.
