【摘要】：目的研究一種蒸汽殺菌清潔機(jī)的殺菌效果,為實(shí)際應(yīng)用提供依據(jù)。方法通過(guò)載體定量殺菌實(shí)驗(yàn),對(duì)一種蒸汽清潔機(jī)殺菌效果及其相關(guān)因素進(jìn)行實(shí)驗(yàn)室研究,測(cè)試不同作用時(shí)間、不同載體、不同蒸汽溫度的殺菌效果。結(jié)果開啟該蒸汽殺菌清潔機(jī),在溫度為85℃~105℃范圍內(nèi)作用60 s,對(duì)載體上大腸桿菌、金黃色葡萄球菌、單增李斯特菌、鼠傷寒沙門菌、化膿性鏈球菌等平均殺滅率均達(dá)到99.99%。在蒸汽殺菌清潔機(jī)的蒸汽噴嘴、清潔墊、地毯托等3個(gè)作用部位中,以蒸汽噴嘴處殺菌效果最好。該蒸汽殺菌清潔機(jī)隨作用溫度的升高,或隨作用時(shí)間延長(zhǎng)殺菌效果得到提高。結(jié)論該蒸汽殺菌清潔機(jī)的殺菌效果良好,作用溫度和時(shí)間對(duì)其效果有一定影響。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the bactericidal effect of a steam bactericidal cleaner and provide basis for practical application. Methods the bactericidal effect of a steam cleaner and its related factors were studied by carrier quantitative germicidal experiment. The bactericidal effect of different action time, different carrier and different steam temperature was tested. Results the average killing rate of Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, Listeria monocytogenes, Salmonella typhimurium and Streptococcus pyogenes on the carrier was 99.99% when the steam sterilization and cleaning machine was turned on and exposed to the temperature range of 85 鈩，
