【摘要】：目的觀察一種皮膚消毒劑的殺菌效果和毒性。方法采用懸液定量殺菌試驗(yàn)和動(dòng)物毒性試驗(yàn),對(duì)該皮膚消毒劑的殺菌效果及安全性進(jìn)行實(shí)驗(yàn)室評(píng)價(jià)。結(jié)果該皮膚消毒劑原液對(duì)懸液內(nèi)的金黃色葡萄球菌和銅綠假單胞菌作用0.5 min、1 min、1.5 min,平均殺滅對(duì)數(shù)值均5;對(duì)白色念珠菌作用0.5 min、1 min、1.5 min,平均殺滅對(duì)數(shù)值均4;用該皮膚消毒劑的原液對(duì)30人次皮膚作用1 min,對(duì)皮膚自然菌的平均殺滅對(duì)數(shù)值為2.20(1.53~3.38)。該皮膚消毒劑的小鼠急性經(jīng)口毒性LD505 000 mg/(kg·bw),其原液對(duì)大白兔多次皮膚刺激試驗(yàn)為無(wú)刺激性,對(duì)小鼠骨髓嗜多染紅細(xì)胞微核試驗(yàn)結(jié)果陰性,對(duì)大白兔眼刺激試驗(yàn)為微刺激性,對(duì)大白兔一次破損皮膚刺激試驗(yàn)為無(wú)刺激性。結(jié)論該皮膚消毒劑對(duì)細(xì)菌繁殖體及真菌具有較好的殺滅效果,毒性低、刺激性小。

Methods the germicidal efficacy and safety of the skin disinfectant were evaluated by suspension quantitative germicidal test and animal toxicity test.
