【摘要】：目的研究一種以對(duì)氯間二甲苯酚為主要?dú)⒕煞值膹?fù)方手消毒凝膠的消毒性能,為實(shí)際應(yīng)用提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。方法采用理化分析、載體定量殺菌試驗(yàn)和動(dòng)物試驗(yàn)方法,對(duì)該復(fù)方手消毒凝膠的消毒相關(guān)的性能進(jìn)行了試驗(yàn)觀察。結(jié)果該復(fù)方手消毒凝膠含對(duì)氯間二甲苯酚和乙醇分別為質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)0.274%和58.3%,置37℃溫箱內(nèi)儲(chǔ)存90 d,其兩種有效成分含量下降率均5.0%。用該復(fù)方手消毒凝膠原液作用0.5 min,對(duì)載體上金黃色葡萄球菌、大腸桿菌、銅綠假單胞菌及白色念珠菌的殺滅對(duì)數(shù)值各次均大于3.00。用該復(fù)方手消毒凝膠擦拭消毒手1.0 min,對(duì)手上自然菌的殺滅對(duì)數(shù)值各次均值大于1.00。該復(fù)方手消毒凝膠的小鼠急性經(jīng)口毒性LD50值5 000mg/kg(體重),對(duì)皮膚無(wú)刺激性;小鼠骨髓嗜多染紅細(xì)胞微核試驗(yàn)為陰性,亞急性經(jīng)口毒性試驗(yàn)對(duì)雌雄SD大鼠最大未觀察到有害作用的劑量為1 000 mg/kg。結(jié)論該復(fù)方手消毒凝膠對(duì)細(xì)菌繁殖體和真菌具有快速殺滅效果,屬實(shí)際無(wú)毒級(jí)物質(zhì),對(duì)皮膚無(wú)刺激性,無(wú)致突變作用,性能穩(wěn)定。
