【摘要】：目的采用不同檢測方法對經(jīng)復用處置的手術器械清洗質(zhì)量進行比較研究,為醫(yī)療機構開展手術器械清洗質(zhì)量監(jiān)測提供現(xiàn)場快速檢測技術。方法 2012年5月-2013年6月對某綜合醫(yī)院的消毒供應中心,采用殘留蛋白檢測和三磷酸腺苷(ATP)生物熒光法,對經(jīng)過自動清洗機清洗后的手術器械進行隨機抽檢,比較兩項檢測技術的陽性率;采用SPSS19.0軟件對數(shù)據(jù)進行統(tǒng)計處理;計數(shù)資料用合格率進行統(tǒng)計描述,組間差異用χ2檢驗進行統(tǒng)計分析。結果采用殘留蛋白檢測組,抽檢各類手術器械共148件,陽性14件,陽性率為9.46%;ATP檢測組共抽檢144件器械,其中2 000相對光單位值(RLU)/件的器械有108件,占總監(jiān)測數(shù)的75.00%;2 000~4 000RLU/件,共有25件,占17.37%;≥5 000RLU/件,有11件,占7.63%;≥8 000RLU/件,僅為2件,占1.39%;ATP組如設定≥5 000RLU/件為陽性判斷標準,則陽性率為7.63%;兩項技術檢測的陽性率差異無統(tǒng)計學意義。結論殘留蛋白和ATP檢測技術均可用于手術器械清洗質(zhì)量的現(xiàn)場監(jiān)測,醫(yī)療機構應根據(jù)自身特點選擇監(jiān)測技術,提高手術器械清洗質(zhì)量,保障高度危險物品的消毒與滅菌質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:Objective to compare the cleaning quality of surgical instruments treated with different detection methods, and to provide a rapid field detection technique for medical institutions to monitor the cleaning quality of surgical instruments. Methods from May 2012 to June 2013, the surgical instruments cleaned by automatic cleaning machine were randomly examined by residual protein detection and adenosine triphosphate (ATP) biofluorescence method, the positive rates of the two techniques were compared, the data were statistically processed by SPSS19.0 software, the qualified rate of counting data was statistically described, and the differences between groups were statistically analyzed by 蠂 2 test. Results in the residual protein detection group, a total of 148 surgical instruments were detected, 14 were positive, the positive rate was 9.46%.
