【摘要】：目的了解血透室氧氣濕化瓶細菌污染情況,探討一種簡單有效的消毒方法。方法選取90個血透患者使用后的氧氣濕化瓶,采用床單位臭氧消毒機消毒(觀察組45個)與500 mg/L含氯消毒液浸泡消毒(對照組45個),監(jiān)測消毒前后氧氣濕化瓶的細菌數(shù),比較兩組的消毒效果。結果患者使用后的氧氣濕化瓶細菌污染率為91.1%。床單位臭氧消毒機消毒組消毒后第1 d、第3 d、第7 d氧氣濕化瓶消毒合格率均為100.0%,而含氯消毒液浸泡消毒組消毒后第1 d、第3 d、第7 d消毒合格率分別為90.0%、73.6%、50.0%。結論床單位臭氧消毒機消毒效果明顯優(yōu)于含氯消毒液浸泡消毒,且操作簡單,保存時間長。
[Abstract]:Objective To study the bacterial contamination of oxygen humidification bottle in hemodialysis room and to explore a simple and effective method of disinfection. Methods 90 patients with hemodialysis were selected to use the oxygen humidifying bottle. The disinfection of the ozone disinfector in the bed unit (45 units in the observation group) and the 500 mg/ L chlorine-containing disinfectant (45 in the control group) were used to monitor the number of bacteria in the oxygen humidifying bottle before and after the disinfection, and the disinfection effect of the two groups was compared. Results The bacterial contamination rate was 91.1% in the oxygen humidifying bottle after the patient was used. The disinfection rate of the first day, the third day and the 7th day of the disinfection of the disinfection group of the bed unit ozone disinfector was 100.0%, while the qualified rate of disinfection for the first day, the third day and the 7th day after the disinfection of the disinfection group containing the chlorine-containing disinfectant was 90.0%, 73.6% and 50.0%, respectively. Conclusion The disinfection effect of the unit ozone disinfector is better than that of the chlorine-containing disinfectant, and the operation is simple and the storage time is long.
