新型登革熱傳播媒介監(jiān)測(cè)誘蚊誘卵器開發(fā)應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:登革熱是由蚊蟲傳播登革熱病毒引起的急性傳染病,隨著城市化和全球一體化的快速發(fā)展、過分依賴殺蟲劑導(dǎo)致抗藥性等問題20世紀(jì)80年代以來流行越來越嚴(yán)重,全球每年有百多萬病例,近25億人口受到登革熱的威脅。我國(guó)自1978年廣東省再次爆發(fā)本病流行后,有不斷蔓延并向北移動(dòng)擴(kuò)散的趨勢(shì)。由于登革熱仍沒有特異性疫苗和治療藥物,所以加強(qiáng)登革熱及媒介監(jiān)測(cè)和控制仍是當(dāng)前最有效的預(yù)防措施,WHO特別強(qiáng)調(diào)加強(qiáng)新型敏感的媒介監(jiān)測(cè)方法的研究。本課題來源于廣東省疾病預(yù)防控制中心的廣東省應(yīng)急病原檢測(cè)重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室啟動(dòng)研究項(xiàng)目,屬?gòu)V東省重點(diǎn)科技項(xiàng)目(2003B60127)。 本研究目的是根據(jù)登革熱必須通過蚊蟲的叮咬傳播和蚊蟲吸血后產(chǎn)卵的特點(diǎn),研究開發(fā)對(duì)伊蚊特異性高的誘蚊誘卵器(Mosquito and oviposition trap,Mosq-ovitrap),建立科學(xué)高效、簡(jiǎn)便可行的監(jiān)測(cè)方法,既監(jiān)測(cè)社區(qū)環(huán)境伊蚊密度,又采集社區(qū)環(huán)境中吸血后最可能帶毒的蚊蟲,,利用PCR和細(xì)胞培養(yǎng)等技術(shù)對(duì)蚊蟲進(jìn)行登革熱病毒的帶毒監(jiān)測(cè),建立簡(jiǎn)易、科學(xué)、可行的登革熱媒介的監(jiān)測(cè)體系,再結(jié)合登革熱疾病監(jiān)測(cè),為建立登革熱可能流行的分級(jí)預(yù)警體系奠定基礎(chǔ)。 1.誘蚊誘卵器(Mosq-ovitrap)的設(shè)計(jì)開發(fā)研究:根據(jù)白紋伊蚊喜歡趨向黑色、在陰涼潮濕的場(chǎng)所棲息活動(dòng),吸血后需尋找容器清水型積水,并在潮濕粗糙表面上產(chǎn)卵的生態(tài)特點(diǎn),參考美國(guó)開發(fā)的誘卵杯,結(jié)合誘蠅籠的捕蠅原理,有針對(duì)性設(shè)計(jì)誘蚊誘卵器。
[Abstract]:Dengue is an acute infectious disease caused by mosquito-borne dengue virus. With the rapid development of urbanization and global integration, it has become more and more serious since the 1980s, and more than a million cases of the world each year, Nearly 2.5 billion people are threatened by dengue fever. Since the outbreak of this disease in Guangdong Province in 1978, China has a tendency to spread and spread to the north.
