【摘要】：目的為檢測(cè)鄰苯二甲醛(OPA)消毒液中濃度是否滿足使用要求,制備一種快速檢測(cè)試紙。方法采用對(duì)比試紙顏色的方法,對(duì)影響試紙顯色反應(yīng)的多種因素進(jìn)行研究。結(jié)果制備試紙的母液中Na_2SO_3、甘氨酸、KH_2PO_4和亞甲基藍(lán)的濃度分別為8、80、40和0.04 g/L,且檢測(cè)時(shí)間為2 min時(shí)效果最佳;KH_2PO_4的加入能極大地提高顯色速率;將試紙染成藍(lán)色基底更有利于對(duì)顏色的識(shí)別。結(jié)論制備的試紙對(duì)單方OPA產(chǎn)品有較好的檢測(cè)效果,且試紙穩(wěn)定性、重現(xiàn)性良好。該方法操作簡(jiǎn)單,快速可行。
[Abstract]:Objective to prepare a rapid test paper for detecting the concentration of phthalaldehyde (OPA) disinfection solution. Methods by comparing the color of test paper, the factors influencing the color reaction of test paper were studied. Results the concentrations of Na_2SO_3, glycine, KH_2PO_4 and methylene blue in the mother liquor of the test paper were 840 and 0.04 g / L, respectively, and the best results were obtained when the detection time was 2 min. The addition of KH_2PO_4 can greatly improve the color rendering rate, and dyeing the test paper with blue substrate is more favorable for color recognition. Conclusion the prepared test paper has a good effect on the detection of unilateral OPA, and the stability and reproducibility of the test paper are good. The method is simple, fast and feasible.
