【摘要】：目的了解成都市托幼機構衛(wèi)生消毒管理現(xiàn)狀,查找薄弱環(huán)節(jié),為托幼機構開展衛(wèi)生防病工作提供參考。方法采用問卷調(diào)查方法,對成都市30家托幼機構衛(wèi)生消毒現(xiàn)狀進行調(diào)查。結果成都市托幼機構所使用的消毒劑主要有酒精和碘伏,教室空氣凈化主要靠開窗通風。在園兒童基本都配備專用水杯,餐具能做到一用一消,有56.7%的托幼機構采用物理消毒方式消毒餐具。有93.3%托幼機構有流動水洗手裝置,采用專用擦手巾者占73.3%。結論此次調(diào)查的成都市30家托幼機構,部分硬件設施及保健醫(yī)生配置未達到國家相關規(guī)定的要求,有部分托幼機構未執(zhí)行正確的消毒管理措施,應加大監(jiān)督力度。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the present situation of hygiene and disinfection management in child-care institutions in Chengdu, to find out the weak links, and to provide reference for the health prevention and control work of child-care institutions. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate the status of hygiene and disinfection in 30 kindergartens in Chengdu. Results the main disinfectants used in kindergartens in Chengdu were alcohol and iodophor. The children in the garden are equipped with special water cups, and the cutlery can be used one by one. 56.7% of the kindergartens use physical disinfection to sterilize the tableware. 93.3% of the nurseries had mobile water hand washing devices, and 73.3% of them used special wipes. Conclusion the 30 child-care institutions in Chengdu, some hardware facilities and the allocation of health care doctors did not meet the requirements of the relevant national regulations, and some of the child-care institutions did not carry out the correct disinfection management measures, so the supervision should be strengthened.
