【摘要】：近年來(lái),各類(lèi)重大衛(wèi)生疾不斷病肆虐校園,對(duì)校園的應(yīng)急管理和廣大師生員工的身心健康帶來(lái)了嚴(yán)峻地挑戰(zhàn)。加強(qiáng)對(duì)重大衛(wèi)生疾病沖擊下的校園應(yīng)急管理的研究并設(shè)計(jì)出行之有效的校園應(yīng)急管理方案,不僅對(duì)保護(hù)廣大師生員工的生命健康意義非淺,而且對(duì)維護(hù)社會(huì)穩(wěn)定和經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展,構(gòu)建和諧社會(huì),都具有十分重要的意義。 本文首先從選題背景與研究意義切入,綜述國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀,歸納研究目標(biāo)與內(nèi)容,同時(shí)對(duì)本文所運(yùn)用的應(yīng)急管理理論進(jìn)行概述,以整合視角,深化研究校園應(yīng)急管理的基本內(nèi)涵及其性質(zhì),分析重大衛(wèi)生疾病的特點(diǎn)、危害及成因。進(jìn)而嘗試歸納重大衛(wèi)生疾病沖擊下校園應(yīng)急管理的必要性和可行性。并通過(guò)對(duì)當(dāng)下高校重大衛(wèi)生疾病沖擊下的校園應(yīng)急管理具體案例的分析,剖析目前我國(guó)高校校園傳統(tǒng)的應(yīng)急管理機(jī)制中存在的問(wèn)題。接著嘗試具體探索大宇學(xué)院重大衛(wèi)生疾病沖擊下的校園應(yīng)急管理的現(xiàn)狀和原因,為大宇學(xué)院設(shè)計(jì)新型校園應(yīng)急管理方案提供有價(jià)值的參考意見(jiàn)。基于上述分析,設(shè)計(jì)出重大衛(wèi)生疾病沖擊下的江西大宇學(xué)院新型應(yīng)急管理方案,為江西大宇學(xué)院在重大衛(wèi)生疾病沖擊下的校園應(yīng)急管理策略和學(xué)生應(yīng)急能力培養(yǎng)途徑上,提供有效的應(yīng)急處理預(yù)案。 作者以關(guān)注重大衛(wèi)生疾病沖擊下的校園安全穩(wěn)定,關(guān)心師生健康為視角,結(jié)合大宇學(xué)院的案例,以重大衛(wèi)生疾病沖擊下的校園應(yīng)急管理為研究重點(diǎn),探討校園應(yīng)急管理的新舉措。通過(guò)系統(tǒng)發(fā)掘重大衛(wèi)生疾病沖擊下的校園應(yīng)急管理,對(duì)學(xué)校在應(yīng)急管理策略和學(xué)生應(yīng)急能力的培養(yǎng)途徑上提供有效的信息和行之有效的應(yīng)急處理預(yù)案,既對(duì)校園應(yīng)急管理措施創(chuàng)新進(jìn)行探討；更對(duì)提高校園系統(tǒng)管理提供了新視野。以期為我國(guó)重大衛(wèi)生疾病沖擊下的校園應(yīng)急管理盡自己的綿薄之力,為社會(huì)穩(wěn)定、教育的發(fā)展,貢獻(xiàn)自己的一份力量!
[Abstract]:In recent years, various kinds of major health diseases continue to wreak havoc on the campus, which brings severe challenges to the campus emergency management and the physical and mental health of teachers and students. To strengthen the research on campus emergency management under the impact of major health diseases and to design an effective campus emergency management scheme are of great significance not only to protect the lives and health of teachers and students, but also to maintain social stability and economic development. It is of great significance to construct a harmonious society. This paper first from the background and significance of the topic, summarized the current situation of research at home and abroad, summed up the research objectives and contents, at the same time, the emergency management theory used in this paper is summarized, in order to integrate the perspective, The basic connotation and nature of campus emergency management are studied, and the characteristics, hazards and causes of major health diseases are analyzed. And then try to sum up the necessity and feasibility of campus emergency management under the impact of major health diseases. Through the analysis of the specific case of campus emergency management under the impact of major health diseases in colleges and universities at present, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the traditional emergency management mechanism of colleges and universities in our country. Then it tries to explore the current situation and reasons of emergency management in Daewoo University under the impact of major health diseases, and provide valuable reference for Daewoo College to design a new campus emergency management scheme. Based on the above analysis, the paper designs a new emergency management scheme of Jiangxi Daewoo University under the impact of major health diseases, which is the strategy of campus emergency management and the cultivation of students' emergency ability under the impact of major health diseases. Provide effective emergency response plan. From the perspective of paying attention to campus safety and stability under the impact of major health diseases and concerned about the health of teachers and students, combined with the case of Daewoo College, the author focused on the campus emergency management under the impact of major health diseases. This paper discusses the new measures of campus emergency management. Through the systematic exploration of the campus emergency management under the impact of major health diseases, the school can provide effective information and effective emergency plan for the training of emergency management strategy and students' emergency ability. The innovation of emergency management on campus is discussed. It also provides a new vision for improving the management of campus system. With a view to our country's major health diseases under the impact of campus emergency management to do their own efforts, for social stability, the development of education, contribute to their own strength!
