【摘要】：目的分析近5年重慶市南岸區(qū)流行性腮腺炎流行特征,為該區(qū)今后制定針對性疫情防控措施提供科學(xué)的政策依據(jù)。方法通過"中國疾病預(yù)防控制信息系統(tǒng)"收集重慶市南岸區(qū)2011-2015年間流行性腮腺炎疫情監(jiān)測數(shù)據(jù),對其流行特征和趨勢進(jìn)行描述性分析。結(jié)果 2011-2015年,重慶市南岸區(qū)共報(bào)告流行性腮腺炎2 616例,年均發(fā)病率68.19/10萬,發(fā)病高峰分別位于4至7月及10月至次年1月,主要集中分布在學(xué)生人群(占病例總數(shù)66.74%)和0~14歲年齡段(占發(fā)病總數(shù)88.84%);街道發(fā)病率(85.02/10萬)高于鎮(zhèn)(74.29/10萬);男性發(fā)病率(76.40/10萬)高于女性(59.61/10萬);所有流行性腮腺炎暴發(fā)疫情事件均發(fā)生在小學(xué)校。結(jié)論確保針對性地落實(shí)各項(xiàng)防控措施,在重點(diǎn)季節(jié)、地區(qū)、人群加大落實(shí)力度,推動流腮成分疫苗接種工作,健全疫苗應(yīng)急接種機(jī)制,是有效控制流行性腮腺炎疫情的關(guān)鍵。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the epidemic characteristics of mumps in Nanan district of Chongqing in recent 5 years, and to provide scientific policy basis for the prevention and control of epidemic situation in this area. Methods the epidemic surveillance data of mumps from 2011 to 2015 in Nanan District of Chongqing City were collected through the China Disease Prevention and Control Information system and the epidemic characteristics and trends were analyzed. Results from 2011 to 2015, a total of 2 616 cases of mumps were reported in Nanan District of Chongqing, with an average annual incidence rate of 68 19 / 100 000. The peak incidence was from April to July and from October to January of the following year. It was mainly distributed in the students (66.74% of the cases) and the age group of 14 years (88.84%), the incidence of the street (85.02% / 100 000) was higher than that in the town (742.9%), the incidence of male (76.40% / 100 000) was higher than that of the female (59.61% -100 000), and the outbreak of all mumps occurred. The outbreak occurred in primary schools. Conclusion the key to effectively control the epidemic situation of mumps is to ensure the effective implementation of various prevention and control measures in key seasons and regions, to promote the inoculation of gills component vaccine, and to improve the mechanism of vaccine emergency vaccination.
