【摘要】：目的了解醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)消化內(nèi)鏡消毒現(xiàn)狀,為加強(qiáng)消化內(nèi)鏡消毒管理提供對(duì)策。方法通過(guò)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)調(diào)查和現(xiàn)場(chǎng)采樣檢測(cè)方法,對(duì)上海市某區(qū)開(kāi)展消化內(nèi)鏡診療的醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)內(nèi)鏡消毒效果進(jìn)行監(jiān)測(cè),并對(duì)內(nèi)鏡消毒管理現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行調(diào)查分析。結(jié)果各醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)對(duì)消化內(nèi)鏡診療工作都很重視,使用中消毒劑有效濃度、醫(yī)務(wù)人員手衛(wèi)生、環(huán)境物體表面消毒均合格,但存在腸鏡內(nèi)表面消毒不合格、內(nèi)鏡消毒過(guò)程中器械不完全浸泡、多酶洗液重復(fù)使用等問(wèn)題。結(jié)論該區(qū)醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)消化內(nèi)鏡消毒現(xiàn)狀良好,但要加強(qiáng)對(duì)腸鏡消毒滅菌工作的管理,更要注重日常消毒中的細(xì)節(jié)。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the present situation of endoscopy disinfection in medical institutions and to provide countermeasures for strengthening the management of endoscopy disinfection. Methods the efficacy of endoscopic disinfection in medical institutions in a certain district of Shanghai was monitored by field investigation and field sampling, and the present situation of endoscopic disinfection management was investigated and analyzed. Results all medical institutions attached great importance to the diagnosis and treatment of digestive endoscopy. The effective concentration of disinfectant in use, hand hygiene of medical personnel, and surface disinfection of environmental objects were all qualified, but the internal surface disinfection of enteroscopy was not qualified. In the process of endoscope disinfection, the instruments are not fully soaked and the multiple enzyme lotions are reused. Conclusion the present situation of digestive endoscopy disinfection in medical institutions in this area is good, but to strengthen the management of enteroscopy disinfection and sterilization, we should pay more attention to the details of daily disinfection.
