【摘要】：目的了解德國小蠊抗高效氯氰菊酯品系抗性遺傳方式。方法選取德國小蠊對高效氯氰菊酯的抗性品系60只為材料,通過生物測定方法和一系列雜交、回交和自交試驗,測定德國小蠊對高效氯氰菊酯殺蟲劑的抗性遺傳方式。結果雜交品系RS、SR的抗性倍數(shù)分別為2.356和2.429,抗性顯性度D值分別為0.236和0.279,均介于0~1;回交(RS×SS)后代BC和自交(RS×RS)后代F2的∑χ2分別為12.337 8和37.686 9,均χ20.05(11.07)。結論德國小蠊抗高效氯氰菊酯品系抗性遺傳方式為常染色體不完全顯性遺傳,并且抗性是由多基因控制。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the genetic pattern of resistance to cypermethrin in cockroach germanica. Methods 60 strains of Blattella germanica resistant to high efficiency cypermethrin were selected as materials.
