【摘要】：目的研究一種復(fù)方過(guò)氧化氫手消毒液的消毒性能。方法采用懸液定量殺菌試驗(yàn)和動(dòng)物實(shí)驗(yàn)方法,對(duì)該復(fù)方過(guò)氧化氫手消毒液的殺菌效果和毒性進(jìn)行了實(shí)驗(yàn)室評(píng)價(jià)。結(jié)果該復(fù)方過(guò)氧化氫手消毒液于37℃密封儲(chǔ)存90 d,過(guò)氧化氫下降率為6.07%。用含過(guò)氧化氫8.02 g/L的該復(fù)方過(guò)氧化氫手消毒液,對(duì)懸液內(nèi)金黃色葡萄球菌和銅綠假單胞菌作用0.5 min,平均殺滅對(duì)數(shù)值≥5.0;對(duì)懸液內(nèi)白色念珠菌作用0.5 min,平均殺滅對(duì)數(shù)值≥4.0。該復(fù)方過(guò)氧化氫手消毒液對(duì)小鼠急性經(jīng)口毒性試驗(yàn)LD50㧐5 000 mg/kg(體重)。結(jié)論該復(fù)方過(guò)氧化氫手消毒液對(duì)細(xì)菌繁殖體及酵母菌有較好的殺滅效果,屬實(shí)際無(wú)毒級(jí)物質(zhì),儲(chǔ)存性能穩(wěn)定。
