【摘要】：目的了解西北東片地區(qū)部隊(duì)醫(yī)院感染管理情況。方法采用現(xiàn)場檢查和問卷方式,對該片區(qū)部分駐軍醫(yī)院醫(yī)院感染管理狀況進(jìn)行調(diào)查。結(jié)果共調(diào)查11所部隊(duì)醫(yī)院,均有完善的醫(yī)院感染管理機(jī)構(gòu);使用后的一次性醫(yī)療用品均進(jìn)行了無害化處理;有81.8%的醫(yī)院設(shè)有污水處理站,其中54.5%的單位污水處理站運(yùn)行正常。常規(guī)監(jiān)測的室內(nèi)空氣、物體表面、醫(yī)護(hù)人員手和醫(yī)療器械等項(xiàng)目監(jiān)測工作執(zhí)行率呈現(xiàn)逐年升高,2012年度上述監(jiān)測項(xiàng)目全部合格。90%以上的醫(yī)院能按規(guī)范開展壓力蒸汽滅菌器、使用中消毒液和紫外線燈質(zhì)量監(jiān)測。結(jié)論西北東片地區(qū)部隊(duì)醫(yī)院感染管理工作比較規(guī)范,今后重點(diǎn)是對某些管理的死角進(jìn)行整改。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the management of hospital infection in military units in the eastern part of Northwest China. Methods the infection management of some garrison hospitals in this area was investigated by field inspection and questionnaire. Results A total of 11 military hospitals were investigated, all of them had perfect hospital infection management, the disposable medical supplies were treated innocuously after use, and 81.8% of the hospitals had sewage treatment stations, of which 54.5% of the unit sewage treatment stations were in normal operation. The implementation rate of routine monitoring items such as indoor air, surfaces of objects, hands of medical personnel and medical devices has increased year by year. In 2012, all the above monitoring items were all eligible for .90% of hospitals to carry out pressure-steam sterilizers in accordance with the norms. Quality monitoring of disinfectant and ultraviolet lamp in use. Conclusion the management of nosocomial infection in the army in the eastern part of Northwest China is more standardized, and the emphasis is on the rectification of the dead corner of some management in the future.
