【摘要】：目的研究影響空氣凈化與消毒裝置除菌效果的因素。方法以白色葡萄球菌為指標(biāo)菌,通過空氣消毒試驗(yàn),分析氣溶膠發(fā)生器和試驗(yàn)艙溫濕度對(duì)白色葡萄球菌氣溶膠的穩(wěn)定性影響,并研究微生物氣溶膠自然衰減率及初始濃度對(duì)評(píng)價(jià)空氣凈化與消毒裝置除菌效果的影響。結(jié)果氣溶膠發(fā)生器PLG 2000與TK-3發(fā)生白色葡萄球菌氣溶膠,初始濃度基本都控制在1.0×105cfu/m~3左右,在30 m~3試驗(yàn)艙中1 h的自然衰減均小于30%;試驗(yàn)場溫濕度控制在(23±2)℃,(55±5)%時(shí),白色葡萄球菌氣溶膠有較好的穩(wěn)定性;機(jī)器性能越好,自然衰減對(duì)除菌率的影響越小,反之則影響逐步增大;在一定自然衰減率下,初始濃度越高,除菌率越高,但若初始濃度超過5.0×105cfu/m~3,初始回收的菌落數(shù)多不可計(jì)。結(jié)論氣溶膠穩(wěn)定性是影響空氣消毒試驗(yàn)除菌效果評(píng)價(jià)的關(guān)鍵因素,初始菌落的濃度及回收亦影響除菌率的計(jì)算。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the factors influencing the bacteriostasis effect of air purifying and disinfecting device. Methods the effect of temperature and humidity of aerosol generator and test chamber on the stability of staphylococcus albus aerosol was analyzed by air disinfection test. The effect of natural decay rate and initial concentration of microbial aerosol on the bacteriostasis effect of air purification and disinfection device was studied. Results Staphylococcus albicans aerosol occurred in the aerosol generator PLG 2000 and TK-3. The initial concentration of staphylococcus albus aerosol was about 1.0 脳 105cfu/m~3, and the natural attenuation for 1 hour in the test chamber was less than 30%, and the temperature and humidity of the test site was controlled at (23 鹵2) 鈩，
