【摘要】：目的探討普陀區(qū)兒童1劑次水痘疫苗(Varicella vaccine,VarV)接種后的保護(hù)效果(Vaccine efficacy,VE)。方法采用1:1配對(duì)的病例對(duì)照研究,病例來(lái)源于中國(guó)疾病預(yù)防控制信息系統(tǒng)傳染病報(bào)告系統(tǒng)且居住于普陀區(qū)的1-7歲水痘病例,并根據(jù)性別、年齡、居住小區(qū)作為配比條件,在上海市免疫規(guī)劃信息系統(tǒng)內(nèi)隨機(jī)選擇對(duì)照,與病例形成配對(duì)。結(jié)果 100對(duì)病例對(duì)照納入分析。病例組、對(duì)照組的Var V接種率分別為77%、89%(x~2=17.26,P0.01)。1劑次Var V對(duì)水痘的VE為80%(95%CI:32.37%-94.09%)。VarV對(duì)≥50個(gè)和50個(gè)皮損的水痘的VE分別為92.28%(95%CI:76.42%-98.28%)、40.67%(95%CI:0.00%-74.55%)。結(jié)論 1劑次Var V對(duì)水痘和重癥水痘具有良好的VE。建議開(kāi)展2劑Var V接種,以更好地控制水痘暴發(fā)和突破病例。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the protective effect of varicella vaccine in Putuo district. Methods A 1:1 matched case-control study was conducted. The cases were collected from the infectious disease reporting system of China's disease prevention and control information system and lived in Putuo district. The chickenpox cases aged 1-7 years were used as the matching condition according to their sex, age and residential area. Random control was selected in the Shanghai Immunization Planning Information system to form a pairing with the cases. Results 100 pairs of case control were included in the analysis.
