ATP生物熒光法檢測染菌量的可行性研究

【摘要】:目的研究ATP生物熒光法監(jiān)測物體表面染菌量的可行性。方法采用ATP生物熒光儀及其配套試劑檢測方法,對醫(yī)務(wù)人員手上污染菌量進行監(jiān)測,同時與活菌計數(shù)培養(yǎng)法作平行比較。結(jié)果洗手前后、消毒前后檢測的ATP總量、ATP細菌計數(shù)和菌落計數(shù)均有顯著性差異,手消毒后的ATP總量高于消毒前,ATP細菌計數(shù)法與比濁儀標定的菌懸液濃度在同一數(shù)量級。結(jié)論 ATP生物熒光法可用于監(jiān)測手等物體表面的污染程度,但ATP總量測定不適用于監(jiān)測手消毒的效果。ATP細菌計數(shù)由于消除了體細胞ATP對檢測結(jié)果的影響,可以用于手消毒效果的監(jiān)測。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the feasibility of ATP biofluorescence method for monitoring bacterial contamination on the surface of objects. Methods ATP biofluorometer and its reagent were used to monitor the contamination of bacteria in the hands of medical workers, and the results were compared in parallel with the method of counting and culture of live bacteria. Results before and after hand washing, there were significant differences in total ATP bacterial count and colony count before and after disinfection. The total ATP content after hand disinfection was higher than that before disinfection by bacteria count method and turbidimeter at the same order of magnitude. Conclusion the method of ATP biofluorescence can be used to monitor the degree of contamination on the surface of hand and other objects, but the total amount of ATP is not suitable for monitoring the effect of hand disinfection. The count of ATP bacteria eliminates the influence of somatic ATP on the result of detection. It can be used to monitor the hand disinfection effect.
