【摘要】：目的分析許昌市流行性感冒監(jiān)測(cè)結(jié)果,了解流感流行特征及毒株的型別分布,為流感防控提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。方法通過(guò)中國(guó)流感監(jiān)測(cè)信息系統(tǒng)收集許昌市流感及流感樣病例(ILI)監(jiān)測(cè)資料,對(duì)其流行病學(xué)、病原學(xué)進(jìn)行分析。采用狗腎傳代細(xì)胞(MDCD)對(duì)流感病毒進(jìn)行培養(yǎng),對(duì)分離到的毒株采用血凝抑制實(shí)驗(yàn)進(jìn)行型別和亞型鑒定。結(jié)果許昌市2011年-2013年ILI全年均有病例發(fā)生,ILI%呈上升趨勢(shì),就診高峰出現(xiàn)在12月份至次年3月份;人群分布主要集中在≤15歲年齡組,占66.81%(24 915/37 291);在1 219份ILI標(biāo)本中核酸陽(yáng)性檢出率為11.48%。77份核酸陽(yáng)性標(biāo)本中分離到流感病毒38株,病毒分離陽(yáng)性率為49.35%。結(jié)論許昌市流感病毒活動(dòng)高峰在冬季和春季,流行有明顯的季節(jié)性,甲3亞型和B型病毒為主要流行株,須加強(qiáng)監(jiān)測(cè)與防控。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the surveillance results of influenza in Xuchang city and to understand the epidemic characteristics and the type distribution of influenza strains so as to provide scientific basis for influenza prevention and control. Methods the surveillance data of influenza and influenza-like cases in Xuchang City were collected by China Influenza Surveillance Information system, and their epidemiology and etiology were analyzed. The influenza virus was cultured by Dogs kidney passage cell line MDCD, and the isolated strains were identified by hemagglutination inhibition test. Results the incidence of ILI cases in Xuchang City from 2011 to 2013 showed an increasing trend, and the peak of visits was from December to March of the following year, and the population distribution was mainly in the age group of 鈮，
