【摘要】：目的研究三種方法對靜脈留置針穿刺部位的消毒效果。方法隨機(jī)將240例靜脈留置針患者按消毒方法不同分為碘酊+酒精組、碘伏組和安爾碘組,每組各80例,于靜脈穿刺前常規(guī)消毒皮膚。觀察對比三組患者靜脈炎的發(fā)生率及留置時間。結(jié)果碘伏組和安爾碘組患者的靜脈炎發(fā)生率顯著小于碘酊+酒精組(P0.05),三組在靜脈留置針留置時間上無差別(P0.05)。結(jié)論碘伏和安爾碘均可用于靜脈留置針穿刺部位消毒,安全有效,副作用小。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the disinfection effect of three methods on puncture site of venous indwelling needle. Methods 240 patients with intravenous indwelling needle were randomly divided into iodine tincture alcohol group, iodophor group and Aner iodine group according to different disinfection methods. 80 cases in each group were routinely disinfected before venipuncture. The incidence and retention time of phlebitis were observed and compared among the three groups. Results the incidence of phlebitis in iodophor group and Aner iodine group was significantly lower than that in iodine tincture alcohol group. There was no difference in the retention time of intravenous indwelling needle among the three groups. Conclusion both iodophor and Angli can be used to sterilize the puncture site of intravenous indwelling needle, which is safe and effective, with little side effect.
