【摘要】：目的比較不同采樣方法對層流潔凈手術室空氣細菌總數(shù)動態(tài)變化趨勢的監(jiān)測結(jié)果,為層流潔凈手術室空氣動態(tài)采樣方法的選擇提供參考數(shù)據(jù)。方法采用自然沉降法和空氣微生物采樣器采樣法,對某醫(yī)院層流潔凈手術室空氣中細菌總數(shù)變化趨勢進行監(jiān)測與比較。結(jié)果自然沉降法與儀器采樣法監(jiān)測層流潔凈手術室手術過程中空氣細菌總數(shù)呈波浪狀變化,兩種方法采樣所得數(shù)據(jù)之間的秩相關系數(shù)為0.733。提示兩種采樣方法檢出的細菌總數(shù)差異有統(tǒng)計學意義,儀器采樣法采樣得到的細菌總數(shù)明顯高于自然沉降法。結(jié)論兩種空氣采樣方法對手術室空氣細菌總數(shù)監(jiān)測結(jié)果存在差異,但均能體現(xiàn)其動態(tài)變化趨勢,儀器采樣法更適合手術過程中空氣細菌總數(shù)的動態(tài)監(jiān)測。
[Abstract]:Objective to compare the results of different sampling methods in monitoring the trends of total bacterial counts in laminar clean operating room air, and to provide reference data for the selection of laminar clean operating room air dynamic sampling method. Methods the natural sedimentation method and the sampling method of air microorganism sampler were used to monitor and compare the change trend of the total number of bacteria in the air of a hospital laminar flow clean operating room. Results the total number of bacteria in air was wavy during laminar clean operating room operation by natural sedimentation method and instrument sampling method. The rank correlation coefficient between the two methods was 0.733. It is suggested that the total number of bacteria detected by the two methods is statistically significant, and the total number of bacteria collected by the instrument sampling method is obviously higher than that by the natural sedimentation method. Conclusion there is a difference between the two air sampling methods in monitoring the total number of bacteria in the operating room, but both of them can reflect the dynamic change trend. The instrument sampling method is more suitable for the dynamic monitoring of the total bacterial count in the air during the operation.
