【摘要】：正血液透析治療是目前治療急慢性腎功能衰竭有效的方法之一~([1])。血液透析機在每次使用后機器內部會殘留一些污垢及細菌,殘留的污垢如果不及時進行清洗,會造成機器內部管路的堵塞,從而影響后續(xù)的透析效果。機器內部如果消毒不徹底,殘留的細菌及其產生的內毒素會通過透析膜進入患者體內,從而引發(fā)一系列并發(fā)癥。因此,機器的日常清潔及消毒工作具有十分重要的意義~([2])。2010年我國

After each use of hemodialysis machine, some dirt and bacteria will remain inside the machine. If the residual dirt is not cleaned in time, it will result in the blockage of the internal pipeline of the machine, which will affect the subsequent dialysis effect. If the machine is not thoroughly disinfected, the residual bacteria and the endotoxin they produce enter the patient through the dialysis membrane, causing a series of complications. Therefore, the daily cleaning and disinfection of machines is of great significance.
