【摘要】：目的調(diào)查分析康復(fù)科患者的醫(yī)院感染臨床資料,旨在尋找預(yù)防與控制醫(yī)院感染的有效措施,以期降低醫(yī)院感染率。方法選擇2012年5月-2013年4月醫(yī)院康復(fù)科入住患者5 240例為研究對象,分別對不同月份、年齡發(fā)生醫(yī)院感染及醫(yī)院感染菌群分布進行分析,數(shù)據(jù)采用SPSS17.0統(tǒng)計軟件進行處理。結(jié)果 5 240例康復(fù)科患者發(fā)生醫(yī)院感染325例,感染率6.2%;年齡≤10歲及≥70歲患者醫(yī)院感染率較高,均為7.9%;共分離出病原菌80株,其中革蘭陽性菌16株占20.0%,革蘭陰性菌50株占62.4%,真菌14株占17.6%,大腸埃希菌和銅綠假單胞菌檢出最多,分別占18.7%、13.7%。結(jié)論康復(fù)科患者存在醫(yī)院感染發(fā)生因素,采取必要的對策可以預(yù)防或降低醫(yī)院感染率,從而提高患者治療效果。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate and analyze the clinical data of nosocomial infection in rehabilitation department and to find effective measures to prevent and control nosocomial infection in order to reduce the nosocomial infection rate. Methods from May 2012 to April 2013, 5 240 patients in rehabilitation department of hospital were selected as study objects. The distribution of nosocomial infection and nosocomial infection bacteria in different months were analyzed, and the data were processed by SPSS17.0 software.
