【摘要】：為探討農(nóng)村居民腹瀉在家庭環(huán)境衛(wèi)生和行為習慣方面的影響因素,于2015年5-10月,在泰安市隨機抽取3個縣,每個縣隨機選擇5個鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)(不含城關(guān)鎮(zhèn)),每個鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)隨機選擇4個行政村作為監(jiān)測點,每個監(jiān)測點隨機選擇5戶家庭,共計300戶進行問卷調(diào)查,調(diào)查內(nèi)容包括基本情況(監(jiān)測戶的人口學(xué)資料、兩周腹瀉患病情況、飲用水類型、飲水習慣、衛(wèi)生習慣等信息),廁所與糞便無害化情況(廁所類型、位置、廁室內(nèi)情況、糞便處理方式等情況),生活垃圾情況(生活垃圾丟棄地點等情況),生活污水情況(生活污水排放方式、排放地點等情況),病媒生物情況(孳生地數(shù)量、有無鼠跡、蒼蠅等情況)。結(jié)果顯示,農(nóng)村居民兩周腹瀉患病率為3.3%(10/300)。農(nóng)村居民腹瀉患病率在家庭廁所位置、廁室內(nèi)衛(wèi)生情況、家庭生活垃圾丟棄地點、家庭生活污水排放方式、房屋周圍病媒生物孳生地情況、家庭飲水習慣、飯前便后洗手習慣方面比較,差異均有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05),其中,喝生水、飯前便后不洗手、廁所位置在室內(nèi)、廁室內(nèi)有蠅蛆、生活垃圾隨意丟棄、生活污水隨意排放的居民腹瀉患病率均較高。房屋周圍無垃圾投放點居民腹瀉患病率高于有垃圾投放點,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。農(nóng)村居民腹瀉患病率在家庭飲用水類型、家庭廁所類型、糞便處理方式、家庭生活污水排放地點等方面比較,差異均無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。提示加強衛(wèi)生宣傳,改善家庭環(huán)境衛(wèi)生,建立良好衛(wèi)生習慣是降低農(nóng)村居民腹瀉患病率的主要措施。
[Abstract]:In order to investigate the influencing factors of diarrhea in household environmental hygiene and behavior habits in rural residents, three counties were randomly selected in Taian City from May to October 2015. Five villages and towns were randomly selected in each county (excluding Chengguan Township, 4 administrative villages in each township were randomly selected as monitoring points, 5 households were randomly selected for each monitoring point, and a total of 300 households were investigated. The survey included basic information (demographic data of households, two-week diarrhoea prevalence, type of drinking water, drinking water habits, sanitary habits, etc.), innocuity of latrines and faeces (types of latrines, locations, indoor conditions of toilets, etc.) Faecal disposal methods, MSW (MSW disposal sites, etc.), domestic sewage (domestic sewage discharge, discharge sites, etc.), vector organisms (number of breeding places, whether there are rodent tracks, flies, etc.) The results showed that the prevalence of two-week diarrhea in rural residents was 3. 3 / 10 / 300. The prevalence rate of diarrhea in rural residents was found in the location of the household toilet, the sanitary condition of the toilet room, the place where the household domestic waste was discarded, the way of domestic sewage discharge, the conditions of the disease vector breeding place around the house, the habit of drinking water in the household. The differences in hand washing habits before and after meals were statistically significant (P 0.05). Among them, drinking raw water, not washing hands before and after a meal, toilet location in the room, maggots in the toilet room, garbage discarded at will, The incidence of diarrhea was higher in residents who discharged domestic sewage randomly. The incidence of diarrhea was higher in the residents with no garbage at the point around the house than that in the place without garbage, and the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of diarrhea among rural residents in the types of domestic drinking water, the types of household latrines, the way of faeces treatment, and the discharge sites of domestic domestic sewage. It is suggested that the main measures to reduce the incidence of diarrhea in rural residents are to strengthen health propaganda, improve family environmental hygiene and establish good hygiene habits.
